I will be surprised we have a lack of reviews here. This can be a good looking await the retail price. I'd say its for professional clothes in a white collar job due to it being scratch-able leather. Like several Diesel watches, it's pretty big and heavy. Causes of 3 stars rather then 5

1. The thick leather band makes all the skin underneath uncomfortably sweaty during a cold office.
2. Leather straps usually are not as durable as metal (should you wear this five days weekly, you will likely need a new strap within 16 months).
3. The date goes is off center so part of a double digit number is underneath the face. E.g. A double digit like "16" a modest amount of the 1 is shaved off.
4. This watch is heavy. Annoying, especially with a hot, sweaty wrist.

Also, I not really know if it goes for all non-digital watches which has a date nevertheless the date goes from 1-31. When the month ends about the 30th, you need to reconfigure the watch's time.
